| Notes: | American Professor of Music, composer, arranger and Choral Director. Professor Emeritus of Music at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University, has served as president of the Eastern Division of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA), and as president of the New York State Association of College Music Programs (NYSACMP). Alexander Dashnaw has also been a champion of new choral music. He has commissioned 38 new works for chorus, from over 30 recognized composers. |
